Clear sour note on the nose, citrus and wheat too. Thick and a little sweet, no tartness at all. Nice wheat character; okay, maybe a hint of funky tartness at the end. Though I could be imagining it, just because this is from De Proef. Not bad, but I don't love it. I'd drink it again, I suppose. I should note that the girlfriend got this for herself, and she's quite pleased with it.
