Another collaboration beer - this time it's a saison, which has me pretty stoked. Smells super herby - rosemary pops out, but there's a lot more going on there, including some herbal hops. Same big herbal punch in the taste, with a little sweetness up front front and a mildly bitter finish. Light malt and yeast notes, too. This reminds me of a terrible saison I brewed once, but much more enjoyable. The bit of sweetness keeps this from being too savory, like a marinade, but it's flavorful enough that it's not a quick, forgettable drink. Worth a try, and I'll certainly seek out the other two bottlings when they happen.
